Pat Fish - Postcard
One of the first people I corresponded with in the early 80's. I think Michael Scott gave me her address. She used to co-compile an assembling called Art/Life which I took part in a couple of times. It was 200 pages though so quite pricey to send when you are on the dole, which I was then. I think pat gave up mail art and opened a tattoo parlour on Venice Beach.
Carlo Pittore - Postcard
One of the very first postcards I got back from Carlo was this one with lots of helpful addresses. On the reverse he points me to Umbrella magazine and Judith Hoffberg, Abracadada, and Bern Porter.1982.

One of the many mailartsists to visit us when we lived in London was Ruud janssen of TAM fame. Here we are posting some mail at my local post office in Lambeth Bridge Road. Late 80's I think judging by our youthful complexions.
