Angelica sent this recently. Arrived within Royal Mail see-through plastic envelope saying "Items Enclosed Damaged Abroad" or something similar. Envelope meatly cut around the edges. Most perculier. Though nothing surprises me about America any more! Lovely contents - hopefully all intact? Popeye stamps artistamp sheet - perforated. Two collaged ATC's . Foil decals. Collaged and stamped letter.
